The set of required documents for the recruitment process to be submitted by an employer, varies from one employer’s country to another, as well as vary from a worker’s country to another as described below
Required Documents from corporate employers in Saudi Arabia
- For Indian Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter )
- Foreign Employer Emigrate System registration details (FE User ID obtained from Emigrate System and Indian Embassy KSA once every 5 years, it is newly, mandatory & routine procedure
- Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala done by Enjaz MOFA
Note: The above document No. 1 must be signed by the authorized signatory and the employer’s seal, Document No 3 must be Ratified by the chamber of commerce
- For Bangladeshi Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter )
- Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala done by Enjaz MOFA
Note: The above document No. 1 must be signed by the authorized signatory and the employer’s seal, Document No 2 must be Ratified by the chamber of commerce
- For Nepalese Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter ).
- Power of Attorney
- Letter of Guarantee .
- Inter-Party Recruitment Agreement .
- Employment Contract .
- Nepal embassy Registration approval .
- Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala done by Enjaz MOFA .
Note: All The above documents from 1 to 5 must be signed by the authorized signatory the employer seal and attested by the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia and the Nepalese Embassy, Document No 7 must be Ratified by the chamber of commerce

(United Arab Emirates - Qatar - Bahrain - Kuwait)
- For Indian Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter ).
- Foreign Employer Emigrate System registration details (FE User ID obtained from Emigrate System and Indian Embassy in the employer’s country once every 5 years, it is newly, mandatory & routine procedure
- Work permit / recruitment approval / employment visa quota
- For Bangladeshi Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter )
- Work permit / recruitment approval / employment visa quota
- For Nepalese Employees:
- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter )
- Power of Attorney
- Letter of Guarantee
- Inter-Party Recruitment Agreement
- Employment Contract
- Nepal embassy Registration approval
- Work permit / recruitment approval / employment visa quota
